Colour: (Topside) Wings have a base colour of black with vivid white patches. Underside (verso) is similar.
Size: Wingspan 80-90mm
Comments & Applications: A species from the Danaidae or Milkweed family of butterflies found across sub-saharan Africa. Commonly called the Dusky Friar butterfly.
