Taxonomy Identification: Family, Nymphalidae, First named by Feisthamel in 1835
Colour: The base colour of the topside (recto) wings is deep blue with iridescent petrol edge. The underside (verso) is a shimmering petrol green/blue with black spots and lines. At the base of the wings near the abdomen are three red dashes.
Size: Wingspan 55-60mm
