Taxonomy Identification: Family Pieridae, Named by Druce in 1874
Colour: Colouration topside (recto) brown with yellowish white patches and markings. The underside (verso) hind-wings are a complex pattern with white/yellow spots.
Size: Wingspan 50-60mm
Comments & Applications: A wide ranging species found throughout the Neotropical region. Commonly called the Small Dartwhite butterfly. Not often offered for sale, collectable and ideal for trade applications creating unique one off pieces.
