Colour: Shiny jet black.
Size: Length measuring from tip of head/horn to end of abdomen 75-100+
Comments & Applications: One of the most spectacular of all the Rhino beetles. Sexually dimorphic, the male has specialised enormous, curved horns on its head and thorax that it can use to fight with other males to gain mating rights with females. Amazing creatures!
Very popular among framers and the art and design industry. Also highly collectable among entomologists and texidermy.
