Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae, Charaxinae. First named by Van Someren & Jackson in 1952.
Colour: Topside (recto) all wings dark navy blue almost black with white marginal dots. Underside (verso) is silvery grey with black pencil line patterns.
Size: Wingspan 50-60mm
