Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae, First named by Druce in 1873.

Colour: Topside (recto) wings are black with beautiful cream patches and blue spots on the margin. Underside (verso) is coloured cream white with black bars and orange patches on forewing.

Size: Wingspan 85-95mm
