Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae, charaxinae. First named by Stoll in 1780
Colour: (Topside) All Wings have a base colour of black with a lovely orange red, a little white and a spot of yellow. (Underside) is very pretty with different colour greys black white and pink. Stunning butterfly.
Size: Wingspan 60-75mm
