Taxonomy Identification: Family Buprestidae, First named by Heller in 1912
Colour: Curiously mixed colouration, central elytra green, edged in blue with orange tip. Blue or green may increase or diminish depending on light refraction.
Size: Length from end of jaw/horn to end of the abdomen but excluding legs 28-35mm
