Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae. First named by Hewitson in 1869
Colour: The topside (recto) creamy yellow with think black margin. Underside wings pale yellowish-brown with pencil thin lines.
Comments & Applications: An unusual collectors species, seldom offered for sale. One of a whole range of yellowish-brown cymothoe species. Also useful for bespoke frames, domes, and artwork.
