Taxonomy Identification: Family Pieridae, First named by Grose-Smith & Kirby in 1889.
Colour: Topside (recto) is white with black wing tips; in the form nakula the black area is increased. The underside (verso) hindwing is yellow with black margin, forewings are black with hint of white and yellowish dashes at the apex.
Size: Wingspan 65-85mm
