Taxonomy Identification: Family Cetoniidae, First named by Latreille, 1817
Colour: Se Sexually dimorphic, the males have two horns on their head/clypeus. Overall colour is black with tow large brown patches on the elytra and reddish patch on prothorax. Highly variable colouration.
Size: Length measuring from the head-abdomen (excludes legs and antenna) 15-20mm
Comments & Applications: A small seldom offered cetoniidae Flower beetle, one for the connoisseur! Always a great subject for photographers and artists.
