Taxonomy Identification: Family Geometridae, First named by Guenée in 1858.
Colour: The male wings have a base colour of yellow covered in crimson pink, while the female is much more yellow and markings are brownish-pink.
Size: Wingspan 50-60mm
Comments & Applications: A rarely offered pink moth from Ambon is a for the serious collector, but also useful in high end bespoke trade applications where the customer is looking for something out of the ordinary.
