Important note before purchase: Damselflies are very fragile insects. During the drying process legs, head and abdomens become very brittle. Body parts are prone to separate especially during the rehydration process. This is a common issue which necessitates various degrees of repair. We recommend PVA glue for repair. In some cases, a nylon rod is pushed through the thorax down into the abdomen to help secure the insect.
