Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae, first named by Grose-Smith & Kirby in 1889
Colour: Topside wings are black with cream-white splashes, hind-wings black with bright orange-red patch. The underside is pale brown.
Size: Wingspan 60-75mm
