Taxonomy Identification: Family Papilionidae, First named by Felder in 1874
Colour: Topside (recto) black with green streaks and patches. The (verso) undersides is similar but with extra red markings.
Size: Wingspan 65-80mm
Comments & Applications: A beautiful graphium species, commonly known as the Common Jay butterfly. Much used in the framing, domes, artwork, photography, interior design and film industry
