Taxonomy Identification: Family Heliconiinae, first identified by Staudinger in 1897

Colour: Topside (recto) wings black with yellow patches on the forewing, hindwings black with white dotted  margin. The underside (verso) is similar but with additional red markings.

Size: Wingspan 65-75mm
