BRASS HEAD

Ideal for pinning and setting a wide variety of insects, butterflies and moths. The thinner the diameter the thinner the pin. Choose according to the thickness of the insect body. As a general rule sizes #2 & #3 work with most medium sized butterflies, moths and insects.

All pins length 38-40mm

Seven different diameters:

• #00 – diameter 0.25 – for extra small insects
• #0 – diameter 0.27 – for very small insects
• #1 – diameter 0.32 – for small insects
• #2 – diameter 0.38 – for medium insects
• #3 – diameter 0.45 – for medium to large insects
