Jersey Tiger Moth (E.quadripunctaria)
(Euplagia quadripunctaria- Poda) This stunning day flying Moth can been seen flitting around the Devonshire coast most years. One of the UK’s most colourful Moths and seldom available. Larvae are almost black with broad dorsal orange stripe. Available September-June. Pupae June/July. LFP Various low growing plants including Bramble,dandelion,dead and stinging nettle,plantain,ground ivy etc… Currently unavailable.
