Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae, First named by Boisduval, in 1833
Colour: Topside (recto) blue with darker black bar and white edge. Hind-wing is a mix of blue and grey and each wings has two eye markings. Underside (verso) has an intricate mix of brown and cream camouflage patterns.
Size: Wingspan 40-55mm
