Taxonomy Identification: Family Hipposideridae, First named by Desmarest in 1820
Colour: Bown to grey-brown in colour with lighter underparts. Long pale hairs under the chin, with an elongated muzzle and large dark eyes.
Size: Wingspan spread 170-200mm – Hanging length 100-140mm
