Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae, first named by Fruhstorfer in 1911
Colour: (Topside) The topside (recto) wings are dark brown with cream-white spots and large cream patch. Forewing tips have owlet ‘eye’ marking. The underside similar but paler.
Size: Wingspan 80-95mm
