Taxonomy Identification: Family, Papilionidae, First named by Godart in 1819
Colour: The colour of the topside (recto) wings is black with vivid yellow bar running diagonal across all four wings with additional yellow patches on the hind wing. The underside (verso) is similar but paler with additional blue markings.
Size: Wingspan 85-110mm
