Taxonomy Identification: Family Papilionidae, first named by Doubleday in 1865 (formerly: Papilio bromius); updated by Storace in 1952; Koçak, 1983.
Colour: Base colour black with iridescent blue bars and markings; underside black with row of cream spots on verso hind-wing margin.
