Taxonomy Identification: Family, Papilionidae, First named by Boisduval in 1836
Colour: The colour of the Male topside (recto) wings is black with wide yellow bar running diagonal across all four wings with delicate black tails on the hind wings. The underside (verso) is similar but paler with additional blue and red markings.
Size: Wingspan 90-110mm
