Taxonomy Identification: Family Cetoniidae, founded by Westwood in 1847.

Colour: Overall colouration dark reddy brown.

Size:  Male: Length from tip of snout to end of abdomen 22-25mm, Female: 18-20mm– excludes legs and antenna.

Comments & Applications: Small little scarab beetles from Thailand. Beetles are popular among the art and design industry. Used in framing, domes, artwork, photography, film and jewellery applications

Format: Unmounted, legs/antenna folded, dried in the packet, requires relaxing and setting
