Taxonomy Identification: Family, Nymphalidae, First named by Linnaeus in 1763
Colour: The upper surface of the wings (recto) is black patterned with translucent green patches. The underside is similar with some brown streaks with grey scales (verso).
Size: Wingspan 90-100+mm
