Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae, First named by Vollenhoven in 1863
Colour: Topside (recto) wings are coloured black with cream-white patches and a blueish tinge on the hind-wing. The underside (verso) is similar but with an additional patch of yellow.
Size: Wingspan 70-85mm
