Taxonomy Identification: Family Nymphalidae. First named by Cramer in 1777
Colour: The topside (recto) wings are lilac cloured. Underside is orange brown with black dashes and spots edged in silver.
Comments & Applications: This is beautiful and rarely offered species. Commonly known as the Lilac Tree Nymph. A connoisseur collectable.
