Taxonomy Identification: Family Arachnidae. First named by Mello-Leitão in 1923

Colour: Black spider with orange-cream chevron marking on legs. Please note the orange bands fade to a ceam on dried specimens

Size: Leg span width 130-150+mm. Specimens are supplied on a card base (not glued).
