Taxonomy Identification: Family Buprestidae, first named by Saunders in 1866
Colour:Elytra and pronotum have a beautiful metallic emerald iridescence
Size: Length measuring from the tip of head/jaws to end of abdomen but excluding legs: 35-45mm
