Description
Taxonomy Identification: Family, Papilionidae, First named by Hewitson in 1867. This species is also known by the junior synonym Papilio or Euritides harmodius.
Colour: The base colour of the topside (recto) forewings are black with cream yellow patch. The hindwing is black with a row of crimson-pink heart shaped dashes, while the underside (verso) fore-wings are similar but paler.
Size: Wingspan 68-80mm
