Taxonomy Identification: Family Geometridae. First named by Werneburg, 1859
Colour: Overall pale yellowish-brown base colour, with darker patterns and brown wing tip. Hind-wings coloured similar. Males generally darker.
Size: Wingspan 40-50 mm
Comments & Applications: A scarce species, occurring locally in a few counties in the south-east of England. A lovely shaped moth with pointed wings and scalloped edges.
