Taxonomy Identification: Family Noctuidae. First named by Hübner in 1809.
Colour: Forewings bone white with faint dotted outer margin. Hindwings greyish white.
Size: Wingspan 24-28 mm
Comments & Applications: A scarce species, with isolated colonies in the Midlands, east from Huntingdon into Northamptonshire. The moths common name ‘concolorous’ means ‘of uniform colour’. Seldom offered for sale, a connoisseur species.
